The Accommodation Price includes:

  • municipality fees (recreational fee)
  • energy, water, garbage collection, final cleaning
  • bed linen, towels, TV + SAT in the room
  • use of kitchen, use of internet connection (Wi-Fi)
  • storing bikes, skis, strollers ...
  • parking in covered parking spaces and parking in front of the building
  • use of outdoor swimming pool, garden grill and fireplace

The price does not include:

  • 7 EUR / hour - sauna including towel and event. sheets (sauna)

Other:

  • Dog fee 4 EUR / night.
  • Children under 2 years (1.99): stay for FREE without bed
